QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Registered or working towards registration with the South African Council for the Quantity Surveying Profession

8-15+ years' experience

Strong cost management, procurement, contract administration, and project delivery experience

Experience managing projects from feasibility through handover

Comfortable working on remote sites and across Africa

Experience with FIDIC, JBCC, NEC, or similar contracts

Young, mobile South African professional willing to relocate and work on-site in East Africa

Candidates already based in Kenya or Tanzania would be highly attractive

Must be eligible to obtain a work permit for Kenya (or already hold the necessary work authorization)

Previous exposure to hospitality, lodges, resorts, hotels, or luxury developments would be a major advantage
